Connecting Cultures International works in partnership with businesses, government agencies and not-for-profits, to provide culturally grounded advice, support, and solutions.

We aim to reshape how organisations and governments engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. By grounding our work in cultural respect and mutual learning, we help create strong relationships and successful programs that reflect the strengths, histories, and aspirations of First Nations peoples.

Our approach is centered on embedding First Nations perspectives and knowledge into policy and program design, fostering meaningful change and long-term impact.

Connecting Cultures is led by Dharug woman Alice Tamang, whose work is guided by a strong belief in the value of connecting people across cultures. Alice brings extensive experience working with First Nations communities and a strong commitment to building respectful, collaborative partnerships.
